Natalie Holderfield named Client Services Manager of James Greene & Associates

Natalie Holderfield has been named Client Services Manager for James Greene & Associates, effective September 10th, 2015. The announcement was made Thursday by The President of James Greene & Associates, Kurt Hetherington.

“Natalie is an incredible asset to this agency and she has proven her commitment to serving our clients with excellence. She brings tremendous energy and creative thinking to this position and I look forward to working with her”, Kurt said.

Natalie has worked for James Greene & Associates over six years in the Client Services Department. She earned her Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing from The University of Central Arkansas. Natalie has earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from The National Alliance and was named “Customer Service Representative of The Year” on two separate occasions.

“I am grateful for the years that I have had with the JGA family. It is exciting to be continuing my career with such a great organization,” Natalie said. “I want to thank JGA for this wonderful opportunity and I look forward to the great things that we will accomplish.”

James Greene & Associates was founded in 1960 by James Greene, Sr. and has grown to be in the top 5% of independent insurance agencies nationwide.

I have been with the Agency for almost nine years and look forward to working with Natalie.
She is a hard worker and will be an asset to the management team. She has been able to
communicate well with all staff at all levels, from sales to customer service to the management
team over the six years and has earned this opportunity to use her education and years of
experience to help James Greene & Associates move to the next level.
